A few days back we received this lovely picture from one of our japanese guests. Saïda, our cook.

 I can’t believe so many years passed. Saïda works with us at Dar Kawa since day 1. That was in october 1997, more than 16 years already. She came in as a maid and became our cook after a few years. We are so happy to have her, and her very personal smile is a real sunshine in the house. Her food is traditional but she loves to explore new recipes and make fusions with other cuisines that she discovers through chefs who stay in Dar Kawa (but also on internet thanks to Abdelhadi who surfs for her).
Every meal is a feast and the atmosphere in the kitchen filled with joy.
