Breakfast in Dar Kawa is composed with “homemade” ingredients ONLY prepared by Saïda, our chef. On the breakfast table you will find … fresh squeezed orange or pomelo juice. Depending on her inspiration Saïda will prepare a variety of “local and traditional” pancakes together with her excellent toasted bread. Fresh orange marmalade or jams : strawberry, apricot, lemon, fig,… Depending on the season.
Honey is also a tradition in Morocco and is always part of our breakfasts. And also, a selection of coffee, tea, hot or cold chocolate, yoghurt, fresh and local fruits. Eggs will be served on demand. We try, as of the as possible, to have eggs from the chickens of our permacultural garden.
You can have your breakfast in the patio or on the terrace if the weather permits it. You just need to mention your preference to the staff and they will be happy to serve you here or there. If you stay in the Mumtaz suite breakfast can also be served in your room. We have 17 of them but for the moment they give between 4 and 6 eggs per day.
